Don't know where to start?

You don’t need to have all the answers, just get in touch. When we meet, I will ask you to outline your end goals and business objectives, which we will discuss and then I will then create an integrated plan to achieve them.

Implementing your plans

I can create a plan or strategy that you can take away for you or your team to implement, or I can help support you with delivery, either on one off projects, or an ongoing basis.

Getting to know you

I can work from my own office or join you in yours to get to know you, your business and most importantly - your customers.

Money matters

We can discuss how we would work together to suit your needs, from retainers to pay-as-you-go. Having worked in both the private and public sector, I can make even the smallest of budgets count.

Keeping it simple

I'm not going to baffle with you with industry jargon. Simple, direct communication - both with my clients and in my content.

Approach and ethos

I take an integrated and outcome focussed approach to communications - this means I don't just look at delivery from one angle, for example - just from a social media or marketing perspective. I look at what you want to achieve, and then look at all the opportunities and routes to achieving that across marketing, digital, PR, media and events. MBC Ltd can be your one stop shop. I am hands-on with both strategic planning and tactical delivery; and I take a coaching approach to empower clients and their teams.

Inclusive

I welcome all clients and always aim to make people feel comfortable and relaxed. This includes the neurodiverse community, so please let me know if you have any particular  preferences in terms of engagement, communication or interactions.

Sustainability

I try to look for the most sustainable options in both the way I work and any outputs or products recommended.

When things get tough

For those looking for crisis comms assistance, I have literally dealt with terrorist attacks. I am extremely calm under pressure, retain a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to creatively problem-solve, even in the most challenging environments. I also have a proven track record in building and managing effective relationships with the media.

Approvals and agreements

I will never publish anything without your sign-off.  I am very comfortable working with any legal advisors, national bodies or other key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and to meet any regulatory or statutory requirements.

Helping hands and my network

Whilst I am a consultant, I have a broad network that I can turn to for either additional specialist skills or for project support for larger or longer-term work, should it be required.

Empowering women

I’m passionate about championing women in the workplace — from those taking their first steps in their careers to those returning after maternity leave, navigating neurodiversity, or seeking a new direction later in life. I believe every woman deserves the opportunity, confidence and support to thrive, and I’m committed to creating spaces where women feel seen, valued and empowered to reach their potential, which I work into my coaching and mentoring. Gentlemen, this certainly isn't to your exclusion, and I will happily champion  male clients to the same ends.

Safe and supported spaces

I’m passionate about tackling bullying in all its forms and creating workplaces where everyone feels safe, respected and able to thrive. As a discreet and impartial coach, mentor and facilitator, I work with organisations and individuals to understand challenges, rebuild trust, foster healthier, more positive cultures and improve team communications. My aim is to support lasting change built on empathy, respect and open communication.
